Summary:

This role is part of the Consulting team, and predominantly responsible for the proper analysis, planning, design and delivery of IT infrastructure solutions offered by Retail Associates to its customers.

The IT Sr. Infrastructure Consultant engage with customers to drive adoption of proper IT infrastructure solutions. The individual is highly technical, customer facing, and accountable for end-to end customer deployments on premises, on cloud or hybrid. The individual will own technical customer engagement including architectural design sessions, specific implementation projects and/or Proofs of Concepts, and lead application design discussions with senior customer executives with objective of primarily driving cloud deployment.

  • Solid experience with managing complex IT infrastructure specific to line of business systems such as ERP, CRM, BI and Retail solutions.
  • Documented experience with and understanding of the planning, architecting, deployment and management of complex and Microsoft technology-based IT Infrastructure, including traditional server environments, virtual server environments, cloud environments and hybrid setups.

Required Skills/ Experience / Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology
  • Master in IT is a plus, Various IT related certifications
  • Must have 2-3 years' experience in handling IT infrastructure projects
  • Solid experience with managing complex IT infrastructure specific to line of business systems such as ERP, CRM, BI and Retail solutions, Microsoft Environment, Azure.
  • Ability to clearly understand global best practices related to IT infrastructure, adopt those into proposed solutions and share the knowledge with peers and customers
