Azeus Systems Limited is looking for an IT Deployment Specialist to be part of our growing team for our product suite. As an IT Deployment Specialist, you are expected to deploy and maintain trial and production sites, and customize them according to the clients' needs.

Responsibilities:
  1. Creating and maintaining meeting sites using existing processes
  2. Customizing meeting sites to meet client needs, including:
  • Updating texts and labels
  • Enabling/disabling features
  • Updating meeting info, logo, and banner
  • Uploading downloadable files
  • Updating dynamic forms
  • Maintaining system parameters
Supporting cases via phone, email, or web toolsAnswering inquiries and preparing product usage and sales materialsAnalyzing issues and routing support cases appropriatelyConducting client trainingPerforming environment health checksYour Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related IT/Engineering field, including Mathematics
  • Quick adaptability to new tools and technologies (e.g., Java, SQL)
  • Flexible with shift schedules, including outside office hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Contract employment for 6 months with potential for regular employment
