Customer Support Representative

We are looking for talented individuals to join our support team as Customer Support Representatives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers
Requirements:
  • Degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other productivity tools
