A successful candidate will be responsible for creating a higher level of expertise and mastery in shift management to achieve store operations sales and profit targets, while adhering to FSC standards and continuously improving productivity levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer feedback and complaints during the shift with a focus on delivering top-tier customer service.
  • Approve or disapprove leave applications during the shift in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on community relations activities.
  • Clarify tasks, activities, and schedules during the shift to ensure clarity.
  • Ensure all necessary government permits and store requirements are complete, including health certificates and other relevant documents.
  • Ensure compliance with cash control, employee discipline, and company policies.
  • Monitor crew productivity by following crew schedules and tracking man-hours usage.
  • Implement safety and security programs, standard procedures, and control systems to maintain a secure environment.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reports as required.
  • Perform cleaning activities, including opening and closing duties.
  • Implement assigned programs and ensure standards compliance during shifts.
  • Manage cost control activities, standards, and procedures during shifts.
  • Engage with customers and implement customer survey processes during shifts.
  • Establish a feedback and suggestion system from sales building to evaluation.
  • Maintain proper store merchandising practices.
  • Implement sales programs during shifts.
  • Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance, provide supplier feedback, and implement equipment checklists.
  • Develop speed of service programs to optimize turnaround times and table turnover during peak periods.
  • Lead service crews to achieve highest product quality and supplies availability during shifts.
  • Ensure office organization and orderliness during shifts.
  • Manage inventory levels during shifts and minimize waste.
  • Implement crisis prevention programs and processes during shifts.
  • Oversee overall floor control and shift operations.
  • Monitor crew performance during shifts.
  • Motivate and boost crew morale to achieve shift objectives.
  • Supervise opening and closing procedures.
  • Track repairs, maintenance, and utilities costs during shifts, recommend measures, and ensure proper documentation.
Requirements

Candidates should hold a college degree preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business, Behavioral Science, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in supervisory roles within the restaurant or quick service industry.
