Job Title: Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales achievement and growth through effective inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Manage the store's daily operations, including staff supervision, training, and development.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for employees and customers.
  • Perform bank-in of store sales and maintain accurate records.
  • Stock and order items needed for store operations, and complete reports as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills, Leadership and Communication Skills, People Management Skills, Coaching Skills, Merchandising Skills.
  • Preferably a Supervisor or an employee with 5+ years of experience in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
