Headquartered in Asia for over 30 years, Sedgwick Richardson ('SR') is a brand and sustainability consultancy. We work with visionary leaders and entrepreneurs across East Asia and Southeast Asia to build brands that drive shared value for business, society, and our environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and lead sustainability reports for clients across diverse industries in Asia.
  2. Support technical leadership across our full suite of sustainability services, including peer benchmarking and materiality assessments.
  3. Analyse data and insights from research assignments to inform strategic recommendations.
  4. Collaborate with Directors and Advisors to develop tailored action plans that meet clients' sustainability visions.
About You
  • Minimum three years of experience leading sustainability report content development.
  • Proven expertise in analysing environmental, social, and governance data.
  • Strong passion for sustainability and ability to translate strategy into action.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
