Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs that enhance employee engagement and wellbeing.
  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the wider business to identify and address HR-related challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis.
  • A collaborative team player with a commitment to the overall success of the business.
