Incubation Strategy Role

This is a 12-month contract position focused on implementing and managing an Incubation strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing business incubation services and support to various technology business incubators (TBIs) to ensure competitive and sustainable small enterprise development, including

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing incubation strategies that foster growth and innovation among start-ups
  • Collaborating with TBIs to establish and maintain effective incubation programs
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to entrepreneurs and start-ups within the incubators
  • Evaluating the success of incubation initiatives and making recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in business incubation or a related field
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
