Job Description

The primary function of this role is to provide support for the Measurement Solutions PMO Europe Order Entry team. This entails entering data/orders into the business tool and making necessary changes and updates in orders as required by customers.

This position offers an opportunity to develop proficiency and capabilities in various functions, such as providing order status and related information to sales/business administrators/customers. This gives you a vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • To respond to general inquiries and requests received from the mailbox and identify the need for escalations.
  • To allocate requests, tasks, and emails to appropriate individuals or support groups.
  • To enter data/orders/items into the business system.
  • To book Billing Only Transactions.
  • To update order/quote records/data/status in the business system.
  • To update the item promise ship date based on factory order acknowledgment data and inform the planner about advances and/or delays in product shipment.
  • To resolve order management inquiries and support/function escalations from peers.
Requirements

You should have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You can efficiently carry out tasks independently and generate accurate, high-quality reports. You are proactive with a high level of commitment to exceeding expectations. You can proficiently communicate ideas and influence both internal and external customers.

Essential Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
  • At least 1 year of experience in related documentation management, data entry, and/or data administration support or function.
  • Proficiency in English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to work on a mid-shift schedule.
