Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional in online lead generation and sales with a focus on direct response campaign measurement using both traditional and non-traditional channels.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch and manage lead generation campaigns across various channels, including TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI-assisted voice channels.
  • Continuously test new marketing channels, analyzing data to refine strategies and optimize campaign performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
  • Develop and execute growth-focused marketing plans, staying ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion.
  • Work cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals, managing budgets and reporting on campaign success.


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in online lead generation or sales with a focus on direct response campaign measurement using both traditional and non-traditional channels.
  • Strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing.
  • A hands-on, test-and-learn mindset with the ability to move quickly.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and driving ROI.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
