Email Solutions Specialist

About the Email Solutions Specialist role

This multi-functional position seeks proactive, strong communicators with organizational skills who are committed to delivering results.

As an Email Solutions Specialist, you will work closely with clients to set up and optimize email campaigns using leading platforms for email marketing, transactional messaging, and deliverability optimization.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns using our platform.
  2. Providing guidance on email deliverability best practices, including sender reputation management, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and IP management.
  3. Troubleshooting email-related issues, working with both customers and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
  4. Educating customers on email compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
  5. Collaborating with product and development teams to improve platform features and address client feedback.
  6. Creating and managing visual email automation workflows within the chosen email platform, as well as in Google Slides, Vibe, or any other collaborative tool.
  7. Conducting training sessions and creating documentation to enhance user adoption and success.
  8. Monitoring email performance metrics and recommending strategies to improve engagement and deliverability.
  9. Creating, presenting, and discussing email marketing campaign reports with clients in a 30-minute focused meeting on a monthly basis.

Recommended qualifications include:

  1. 2+ years of experience in email operations, deliverability, or a related role at a SaaS company or digital agency.
  2. Strong understanding of IP management, email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and sender reputation.
  3. Familiarity with email marketing platforms, ESPs, and SMTP relay services.
  4. Experience troubleshooting email deliverability issues and working with ISPs or anti-spam services.
  5. Knowledge of email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  7. Ability to work cross-functionally with customer support, product, and development teams.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred skills include:

  1. Experience with email analytics tools and monitoring platforms (Postmaster Tools, BIMI, etc.).
  2. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template troubleshooting.
  3. Familiarity with API integrations related to email services.
  4. Spanish speaking - a plus.
