Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic Email Marketing Manager to lead our client relationships and guide junior team members. The ideal candidate will have experience in retention marketing, email marketing, or digital campaign execution.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing automation strategies, targeting plans, and large-scale campaigns based on client needs and customer insights. You will also monitor, measure, and optimise campaign performance, ensuring error-free launches and continuous improvements.

You will work closely with Graphic Design, Copywriting, and Project Management teams to deliver on-brand, timely, and cost-effective projects. Additionally, you will track, analyse, and report on email KPIs, campaign outcomes, and competitor activity to drive strategic recommendations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute email marketing automation, targeting strategies, and large-scale campaigns

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing, or digital campaign execution
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp
  • Proficient in executing email and SMS campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with analytics tools
