Customer Service Representative Role

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring efficiency in resolving customer issues.
  • Effectively resolve customer queries on the first call through precise problem-solving.
  • Access information across systems to support customer needs.
  • Document interactions accurately and process claims promptly.
  • Provide customers with options to find the best solutions.
  • Adhere to established scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources.
  • Maintain customer confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Elevate complex issues to the relevant team members for timely resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with training, updates, and program knowledge to enhance performance.
  • Consistently attend work sessions and adhere to scheduling requirements.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Prior experience in a call center environment
  • Experience working from home
  • Proficient command of the English language
  • Typing speed of 20+ words per minute
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up activities
  • Able to multitask and manage tasks effectively
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
