About Customer Service Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels such as email, phone, live chat, and social media.
  • Assist customers with orders, shipping, product details, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide high-quality responses that meet our service standards.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
  • At least 1 year of online/remote customer service experience.
  • Experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is an asset.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset.
Technical Requirements
  • A personally owned PC or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download internet speed.
