Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews for website and product teams, ensuring seamless communication and goal alignment.
  • Develop and maintain the backlog, tracking progress, and identifying areas for improvement in ClickUp.
  • Monitor and optimize sprint velocity, timelines, and resource allocation, resolving blockers and mitigating risks in real-time.
  • Act as a liaison between product, engineering, and design teams, fostering clarity, cohesion, and cross-functional understanding.
  • Promote continuous improvement by refining agile processes, team rituals, and workflows, driving adaptability and excellence.
  • Coordinate high-priority projects across departments, including marketing, clinical ops, customer experience, and operations, aligning resources and objectives.
  • Collaborate with department leads to scope projects, set realistic timelines, assign responsibilities, and define measurable success metrics.
  • Ensure transparency and accountability across all project stakeholders through ClickUp planning and Slack coordination.
  • Identify and mitigate risks early, recommend strategic tradeoffs, and drive consistent follow-through across teams.
  • Support leadership with visibility into team capacity, dependencies, and delivery timelines, informing informed decision-making.
