AI Automation Engineer

We are revolutionizing vCISO services with AI-driven solutions. As our first AI Automation Engineer, you will turn manual services into agent-driven workflows, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize pain points, define success metrics, and collaborate with the leadership team to drive business value.
  • Develop and ship AI-first utilities or integrate them into existing products, measuring impact and iterating for improvement.
  • Ensure security and compliance by safeguarding sensitive data and preventing security regressions.
  • Stay up-to-date with bleeding-edge models, frameworks, and agent designs, applying your expertise to drive innovation.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in building and shipping software products with a focus on AI/ML systems.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and rapid prototyping techniques.
  • A strong security mindset and experience handling sensitive data.
  • The ability to work independently and stay relentless on the AI learning curve.
