Job Title: AI Workflow Strategist

We are seeking a visionary and technically skilled professional to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven workflows across the organization.

This high-impact role focuses on streamlining customer, vendor, and internal communications while driving the improvement and adoption of automated processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automated Process Design & Optimization
    • Design, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows to streamline sales, purchasing, and internal/external communications.
    • Drive continuous improvement and adoption of automated processes.
    • Automate repetitive tasks such as purchase order follow-ups, calibration reminders, and quote requests.
  • System Integration & Automation
    • Evaluate hosting and integration platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Zapier, Power Automate) and recommend the best-fit solutions.
    • Collaborate with departments to reduce reliance on manual spreadsheets and lists.
  • Training & Support
    • Provide monthly training sessions on AI tools, use cases, and best practices.
    • Act as the internal subject matter expert for AI, supporting leadership in identifying opportunities and limitations.
  • ERP/CRM Integration & Optimization
    • Ensure alignment between AI workflows and ERP/CRM systems, including Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017.
    • Oversee data migrations and integrations to enhance process efficiency.
