Our company specializes in debt collections software for financial services, offering a comprehensive platform that delivers measurable improvements in collections, compliance, and operational efficiency.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop production-grade AI that combines state-of-the-art LLM-based agentic workflows with conventional machine learning. Your work will power next-generation credit-risk, early-warning, and digital collections capabilities inside our Financial Suite (EFS).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement advanced AI models that drive business value and improve customer outcomes.
  2. Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
  • At least three years of experience building ML/AI solutions, including hands-on work with LLMs or Generative AI in production.
  • Experience in financial services, credit risk, or banking is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Python, with expertise in writing clean, modular, and tested code using async handling, dependency management, and testing practices.
  • Familiarity with GenAI coding assistants like Cursor or Copilot is a plus.
