We are a fast-growing business building automation and AI-driven solutions for both internal operations and external clients. We are now hiring a hands-on Automation Specialist who can help us design, build, and scale automation workflows, with the opportunity to grow into a team lead role as the business expands.

This role begins with internal automation projects to test and refine our solutions, then will transition into client-facing projects within the next 2–3 months. You will be expected to:

  • Work with stakeholders to scope requirements and design workflows.
  • Build, test, and deliver automations end-to-end.
  • Support long-term adoption by documenting, monitoring, and improving workflows.
  • Eventually lead and mentor junior automation staff as the team grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain automations using Zapier, ,n8n, UiPath also with any other suitable tools.
  • Connect APIs and scripts (Python, JavaScript) to extend workflow capabilities as needed.
  • Integrate AI/LLM-powered workflows (OpenAI API, Llama, etc.), including prompt engineering and cost optimization.
  • Manage SaaS-to-SaaS integrations (CRMs, marketing tools, databases such as Airtable and Google Sheets).
  • Develop lead generation and sales automations to support growth.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise workflows for efficiency and reliability.
  • Document workflows, SOPs, and provide handover notes.
  • Collaborate with freelancers or other developers when needed.
  • Prepare to step into a team lead / solutions architect role.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • 1–2+ years experience building automations with Zapier, Make, or similar.
  • Experience managing API connections and writing basic Python scripts.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM integrations and prompt engineering.
  • Strong English communication skills — written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and experience mapping workflows.
  • Strong personal drive, capable of working autonomously.

Nice to Have

  • Lead generation / sales automation experience.
  • Accounting / Email related integration experience
  • UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate exposure.
  • Project management skills (requirements gathering, scoping).
  • Experience in BPO, consulting, or startup environment.
  • Documentation and SOP-writing skills.
