Expertise in AI Engineering

At the forefront of innovative technology, we seek a visionary AI Engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge credit risk and collections systems.

This individual will be responsible for crafting production-grade AI that seamlessly integrates state-of-the-art LLM-based agentic workflows with conventional machine learning to power next-generation capabilities within our comprehensive EXUS Financial Suite (EFS).

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of complex models and be skilled in Python, with expertise in async handling, dependency management, and testing practices. Familiarity with GenAI coding assistants, LLM and Generative AI frameworks, fine-tuning methods, and ML/DL frameworks is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred)
  • At least three years of experience in building ML/AI solutions, including hands-on work with LLMs or Generative AI in production
  • Strong background in statistical analysis and probability theory, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with data pipelines and feature engineering
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to break down complex problems into manageable components and develop creative solutions
