About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through cold calling, lead generation, and setting up meetings with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to introduce our services and identify sales opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads, qualify prospects, and maintain an organized pipeline.
  • Meetings Set Up: Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and our sales team.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate our value propositions to prospects.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and report progress regularly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of pre-sales experience, particularly in the American market.
  2. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Sales Skills: Proven track record in cold calling and lead generation.
  4. Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  5. Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  6. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
