Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to support our sales team as a Virtual Sales Enablement Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist in designing and implementing sales strategies and processes.
  • Prepare sales-related documents, quotes, and presentations with precision.
  • Perform administrative tasks as directed by the manager.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proficient keyboarding/data entry skills are essential.
  • You must have a strong knowledge of our products and capabilities.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet are required.
  • A working knowledge of applicable CRM and ERP software is necessary.
