Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our deployment process, you will be responsible for planning and executing standard deployment projects independently while developing expertise in our processes and building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans from start to finish.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring transparent and proactive communication.
  • Track milestones, resources, and budgets to deliver on time and within scope.
Deployment Operations:
  • Manage logistics, including site assessments, equipment delivery, installation coordination, and vendor scheduling.
  • Resolve day-to-day deployment challenges efficiently and escalate complex issues as needed.
Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates for stakeholders.
  • Analyze project outcomes and share lessons learned to contribute to better processes.
Vendor Oversight:
  • Coordinate with third-party installation vendors, ensuring schedules align and proposals meet expectations.
  • Monitor vendor performance and address quality or timing concerns promptly.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in operational or deployment environments.
  • Strong communicator with a customer-centric mindset and solid stakeholder management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage logistics, vendor relationships, and multitasking in dynamic projects.
  • Bonus points for experience in retail tech or hardware deployments.
  • Bonus points for proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
