Job Title: Ecommerce Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ecommerce specialist to join our team. As an ecommerce specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our online stores, including managing sales, after-sales claims, and customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor online store operations, ensuring smooth transactions and high-quality customer service.
  • Assist in office and other clerical tasks as needed.
  • Obtain and evaluate relevant information to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Deal directly with customers via call, text, or chat to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Must have experience in handling online store operations, particularly with Lazada and Shopee.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Business-minded and able to create effective selling strategies.
  • Able to handle customers professionally and provide exceptional service.
