Senior Financial Planning Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled paraplanner to support our financial planning team in creating comprehensive Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs).
The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing SOAs and ROAs, conducting product comparisons, and performing strategy modelling in areas such as superannuation, insurance, and pensions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop detailed SOAs and ROAs aligned with compliance requirements.
- Conduct thorough product comparisons and strategy modelling for superannuation, insurance, and pension products.
- Assist in setting up and structuring Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs) for property investment.
- Utilize financial planning software such as Xplan, Midwinter, and AdviserLogic for research and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with senior planners to implement tailored financial strategies for clients.
- Ensure all financial plans and recommendations comply with regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate client records and liaise with advisers to refine financial strategies.
This is a remote role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Suitable candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a paraplanning role and proficiency with financial planning tools such as Xplan, Midwinter, and AdviserLogic.
