Job Description:

We're seeking a proactive Compliance Intake Coordinator to join our team.

This key offshore role is responsible for managing compliance-related inquiries submitted by our workforce. You'll be the first point of contact for employee tickets received through various platforms, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

The ideal candidate will be sharp, solutions-driven, and stakeholder-focused, with sound judgment in asking the right questions. They'll gather relevant information, collaborate across departments, and balance independence with collaboration.

This role requires someone who can navigate complex or sensitive compliance issues with ease.

Responsibilities:
  • Ticket & Case Management: Monitor and manage compliance-related tickets, engage with employees to assess inquiries, and accurately document and track cases from intake to resolution.
  • Compliance Triage & Escalation: Evaluate each issue, determine the appropriate course of action, and route and escalate cases to relevant departments with documentation and context.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to validate information, seek subject-matter input, and support continuous process improvement by sharing insights from case trends.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in HR operations, compliance support, or case management
  • Familiarity with U.S. or Canadian compliance topics (e.g., employment classification, wage & hour rules, health & safety)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven critical thinker with a proactive, solution-focused approach
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar systems
