Remote Customer Service Representative Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to work as a customer service representative and support various initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients. Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and spoken, and be able to resolve customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving. They will also have prior call center experience and reside within a reasonable distance from our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle multiple phone calls simultaneously while maintaining a professional tone.
  • Research and retrieve information across systems to provide accurate solutions to customers.
  • Document interactions and process claims accurately and efficiently.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous call center experience essential.
  • Strong proficiency in English language required.
  • Ability to multitask and self-manage effectively.
