Global Leadership Role

The Global Project Director drives strategic business transformation through the effective delivery of complex projects across multiple countries.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Lead and manage large-scale, cross-border projects to ensure timely delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, resource allocation strategies, and budgets.
    • Drive project execution excellence by adhering to established frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as the primary point of contact for global stakeholders, including executives, regional leaders, and external partners.
    • Foster open communication and collaboration through regular governance meetings and transparent project reporting.
    • Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and ensure alignment with evolving business priorities.
  • Risk Mitigation
    • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
    • Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and industry best practices.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Lead and mentor cross-functional, multicultural project teams across geographies.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within project teams.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to junior project managers or coordinators.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes, tools, and governance models.
    • Contribute to building global PMO best practices and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

10+ years of progressive project management experience, including at least 5 years in a global or regional leadership capacity.

A proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex, and multi-country projects.
