Senior Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst

This role is a pivotal position within our finance team, working remotely with U.S. Central Time hours.

  • Lead strategic initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive operational excellence.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Manage critical financial reporting and analysis across key business areas, oversee the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Summarize complex monthly and quarterly results into actionable insights, build comprehensive financial models, develop 'what-if' scenarios, and perform risk analyses to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support scenario planning and long-term financial modeling efforts to inform strategic choices, assist in monthly financial close processes, including accruals, reclasses, variance analysis, and reporting.
  • Apply a digital-first approach to automate and streamline recurring FP&A processes, partner closely with finance leadership to shape and support financial strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, IT) to integrate financial insights into broader business strategies, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and create executive dashboards to support business performance reviews.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, significant experience in FP&A or financial analysis, strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Additional requirements include experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to turn financial data into strategic recommendations, effective communication skills, and the ability to engage non-financial stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. They will be able to communicate complex financial information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
