About the role

Our Company is seeking an experienced CY Coordinator to join our team in Lipa City Batangas. As a CY Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the company's container yard operations, ensuring efficient logistics and inventory management. This is a full-time position that requires hands-on experience in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinate and oversee all container yard activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of containers
  2. Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of container movements and storage
  3. Liaise with shipping lines, trucking companies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless container flow
  4. Optimize yard space utilization and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency
  5. Implement and monitor safety and security protocols in the container yard
  6. Prepare and analyze reports on container yard operations, identifying areas for improvement
  7. Provide training and support to the container yard team

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry
  2. Strong understanding of container yard operations, including container handling, storage, and dispatch
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
  4. Proficient in using logistics management software and data analysis tools
  5. Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and make quick decisions
  6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  7. Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety protocols
