About the role

Benson Industrial Cold Storage Inc. is seeking a talented QA Manager to oversee and drive the quality assurance efforts across our manufacturing operations. As a full-time position based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila, this role will be instrumental in ensuring the consistent high quality of our products and services. You will lead a team of quality assurance professionals and work closely with production, operations, and engineering teams to implement robust quality control measures and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance programs and policies to meet or exceed industry standards
• Manage a team of quality inspectors and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and testing to identify and resolve quality issues
• Analyse quality data and trends to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams to optimise manufacturing processes and improve product quality
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Report on quality metrics and KPIs to senior management, providing recommendations for continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
• Proven track record of leading a team of quality assurance professionals and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong technical knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools
• Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and root cause analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and quality standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP)
