Key Account Manager - Travel Commerce

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. In this role, you will work closely with B2B travel commerce partners in APAC, driving strategy execution, engagement, and growth across our platform.


Responsibilities
  • Define and execute partner success strategies for HTS Commerce, focusing on maximizing partner satisfaction, driving adoption of additional travel products, and increasing overall revenue performance.
  • Lead onboarding, enablement, and day-to-day engagement for Korean-speaking partners, acting as their advocate within the organization.
  • Drive adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an excellent partner experience.
  • Leverage analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make data-backed decisions to optimize product offerings.

Qualifications
  • Strong business-level fluency in Korean and English is required.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or working with Korean clients or partners is a strong plus.
