We are seeking a Product Design Lead to spearhead the development of new lifestyle products from concept to production.

This role involves ideation, sketching, 3D visualization, supplier collaboration, and problem-solving across form, function, materials, and user experience.

You will be responsible for shaping our product lineup by combining design thinking with real-world practicality, ensuring each item is not only well-designed but also feasible, functional, and aligned with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop product concepts through sketching, modeling, and technical drawings
  • Work with internal teams and suppliers to bring ideas from prototype to production
  • Select appropriate materials and finishes based on durability, cost, and design
  • Ensure designs are user-friendly, manufacturable, and aligned with brand values
  • Revise and improve designs based on user feedback, technical constraints, or supplier input
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, marketing, and sales to align visual identity and product functionality
  • Create and maintain detailed design documentation and specifications for production

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Industrial Design or a related field
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in product design or consumer goods
  • Strong portfolio showcasing physical product design (not UX/UI)
  • Proficient in CAD and design software (e.g., SolidWorks, Rhino, KeyShot, Adobe Suite)
  • Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and production timelines
  • Strong communication and project coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to balance creativity with execution

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with overseas suppliers or manufacturers
  • Familiarity with packaging design and production
  • Understanding of the motorcycle, outdoor, or lifestyle gear industry
