Key Account System Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to fill the role of Key Account System Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain internal systems for new and existing client accounts
  • Develop, document, and refine internal workflows to enhance operational efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records across systems; perform regular data audits
  • Collaborate closely with client-facing account managers to support account delivery
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in system support, operations, or account management
  • Strong process management and optimization skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Proficiency in standard IT tools (e.g., CRMs, Excel, collaboration platforms, databases)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in system setup or onboarding in a SaaS or property-related context
  • Familiarity with data management and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Salesforce, Monday.com)
Key Performance Indicators:
  1. Efficient configuration and maintenance of internal systems
  2. Improved operational efficiency through refined internal workflows
  3. High-quality record-keeping and data accuracy
  4. Effective collaboration with client-facing account managers
