Job Title: Key Account Professional
Job Summary:
We seek a results-driven individual to manage key client relationships. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for ensuring clear and effective communication with clients.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. Our agency specializes in Amazon brand management and combines data-driven strategies with industry expertise to help clients succeed in the competitive Amazon marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Account Resolution: Manage and resolve account-related issues, working proactively to prevent escalations.
- Account Health: Maintain account health by monitoring key performance indicators and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.
- Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to support client needs, including logistics, inventory, and general operations.
- Day-to-Day Administration: Handle day-to-day account administration, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Reporting and Insights: Provide periodic reports and insights to clients on account performance and potential improvements.
- Relationship Building: Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to problem-solve and handle account challenges with a proactive mindset.
- Organization: Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Pace: Experience working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Independence: Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams.
Nice to Have:
- Amazon Experience: Experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts or working in an eCommerce-related field.
- Ecommerce Agency: Background in eCommerce agencies or Amazon-focused consulting.
- Amazon Policies: Understanding of basic Amazon policies and account health maintenance.
- Reporting Tools: Familiarity with reporting tools and performance tracking.
- Retail Environment: Prior experience in a consumer products or retail environment.
