Role Overview
The Globe Telecom Network Planner will be responsible for developing and implementing RAN optimization strategies to improve network performance and customer experience. This role requires strong technical skills in RAN technology and network architecture, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement RAN optimization strategies to improve network performance and customer experience
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and network strategies
• Lead technical teams to design and deploy RAN solutions that meet customer requirements
• Ensure compliance with standard guidelines from RSTP and other regulatory bodies

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in RAN planning and optimization
• Strong technical skills in RAN technology and network architecture
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
