Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support professionals and ensuring that we deliver an exceptional customer experience globally.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire their team members.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and manage a team of customer support agents across multiple channels (email, chat & phone).
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for escalations and high-priority issues related to your scope.
  • Achieve service level agreements, productivity metrics, and quality metrics for your line of business at the individual and team level.
  • Provide leadership mentorship based on industry best methodologies and performance management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in customer support operations and people management.
  • Excellent track record of leading deeply engaged and high-performing teams using metrics to drive business decisions.
  • Subject matter expertise and interest in the crypto ecosystem.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of a high-growth, fast-paced organization.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a target annual salary range of ₱1,591,400 PHP - ₱1,591,400 PHP. Full-time offers also include a target bonus and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision.
