Medical Leadership Role

This is a key position within our organization, requiring an experienced professional to lead and manage virtual medical teams.

About the Job

As a Medical Manager, you will oversee daily operations, problem-solving, and team performance. You will work closely with clients to create task lists for productivity and growth.

Your role will involve managing client-VA relationships, mitigating concerns, anticipating growth, identifying patterns, handling situations, escalating issues, and negotiating on behalf of clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving of virtual medical teams.
  • Partner with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability.
  • Work with clients to grow their businesses using our services.
  • Manage client-VA relationships.
  • Mitigate concerns, anticipate growth, identify patterns, handle situations, escalate issues, and negotiate on behalf of clients.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management (familiar with Operational Processes).
  • Highly proficient in English (both written and oral).
  • Candidates must perform under pressure and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, focused, organized, and growth-minded.
  • One year of Training and Development experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to think outside the box and create solutions when necessary.
  • Efficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite.
  • Open to working night shifts.
