
Sales Business Growth Specialist

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and scheduling appointments for product presentations and sales pitches. This involves communicating with prospective customers to arrange meetings between them and closers, as well as following up with potential customers who expressed interest but never committed to move forward in the sales process.
Additionally, you will need to increase your product knowledge by consuming content in the sales training center, participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to discuss sales initiatives and strategize around the pipeline, and engage in question-led discovery dialogue to identify challenges and pain points that create the need for our offers.
Your role will also involve building relationships with leads using a consultative sales approach, utilizing our sales material to ensure leads consume content prior to showing up to the call with a closer, and adhering to CRM best practices to track and manage sales activities.
Requirements- A minimum of 6 months of previous experience as an SDR or appointment setter in a high-ticket or consultative sales process is required.
- Effective communication and presentation skills are essential, as well as being a self-starter with a strong drive for success.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively is also necessary, along with excellent people skills and the ability to create rapport.
- As an independent contractor, you will have the opportunity to earn $4-$5 per hour with bonus opportunities and uncapped commissions.
- Our flexible schedule allows for remote work, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (US Time Zones).
