Accounting Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team. As an accounting professional, you will be responsible for handling various financial tasks, including prepaids, cash, fixed assets, and accruals.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You will work closely with other departments to ensure timely execution of responsibilities and prepare monthly financial statements, detailed account analyses, and accounting reports.

The successful candidate will have a degree in finance or a related field and at least 3-5 years of experience in general accounting. Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is required, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handles prepaids, cash, fixed assets, and accruals
  • Supports month-end and year-end close processes
  • Prepares monthly financial statements, detailed account analyses, and accounting reports
  • Supports internal and external audit processes
Qualifications and Skills
  • Required Qualifications:
  • College graduate in finance or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in general accounting
  • Netsuite experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Desirable Skills:
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
