Financial Expert Job

We are seeking a skilled Financial Expert to support our Finance Manager in overseeing daily financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration across teams to drive efficiency and business growth.

  • Manage full set of accounts with financial integrity and compliance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting (PFRS, BIR, VAT, withholding taxes).
  • Oversee tax compliance, statutory filings, and internal controls.
  • Develop costing models, analyze margins, and support pricing decisions.
  • Provide insights through financial and operational analysis.
  • Implement process improvements in finance workflows.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Maintain documentation and audit readiness.
  • Develop and maintain costing models for products/services.
  • Conduct profitability and margin analysis.
  • Analyze variances, trends, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare management reports and dashboards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant finance/accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of PFRS, tax regulations, and business processes.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and analytical skills.
