Accounting Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all payments for company expenses and liabilities by checking the completeness and accuracy of billing documents and their attachments.
  • Prepare check vouchers and make necessary journal entries for check disbursement in the books of account.
  • Record disbursement transactions in book accounts.
  • File check vouchers and corresponding supporting documents accordingly.
  • Monitor daily cash position and reconcile it against cash in bank balance.
  • Prepare statements of accounts, billing letters, invoices, and official receipts for clients.
  • Make constant follow-ups with project engineers and monitor progress billings for outstanding projects.
  • Prepare weekly agent reports and update accounting manager and President regarding status of receivables.
  • Record contracted sales, receivables, and collections in books of account.
  • Communicate and ensure that check payments are released to suppliers, creditors, and employees in accordance with payment terms.
  • Assist in reconciling input taxes recorded in books of account against summary list of purchases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in related field.
  • Well-versed in general accounting and cost accounting.
  • Knowledge of processing payments in banks.
  • Good communication skills, reliability, and ability to multitask.
  • Willingness to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
  • Full-time position available.
