Paralegal Litigation Assistant Job Description

This is a critical role that supports the attorney through the entire litigation process, involving disputes over how a trust is set up, who benefits, or how it is managed. Traba Legal provides high-quality virtual assistants with the opportunity to work with a US-based law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and summarize medical records, financial records, and case documents for an average of 20 active litigation cases. The success metric is 90% of reviews and summaries completed within 36 hours of receipt.
  • Draft substantive responses to discovery, including form interrogatories, special interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions. The success metric is 90% of substantive responses completed within 36 hours of assignment.
  • Organize and compile information, evidence, witnesses, document logs, spreadsheets, charts, etc., to detail findings for attorney review. Update client CRM in real time.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • You have at least 1 year of litigation support experience, 3 years of experience in the BPO industry, and 2 years of working night shifts.
