EO Command Center Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced software developer to lead the development of our EO Command Center, a cutting-edge platform that integrates AI, automation, and operational dashboards to help businesses scale more effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full development lifecycle of the EO Command Center software, including architecture, design, development, deployment, and iteration.
  • Define and implement the technical roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and integration capabilities.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while setting standards for best practices.
  • Connect the platform with external tools and APIs, including CRM, AI assistants, analytics, project management software, etc.
  • Build in AI/automation layers to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with leadership to translate business objectives into technical deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the platform.
  • Gather feedback from users and clients to inform future development.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in software development with a proven track record of building SaaS products end-to-end.
  • Proficiency in modern frameworks, such as React, Node.js, Next.js, Python/Django/Flask, or similar.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Expertise in database design and third-party API integrations.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML integration and workflow automation tools.
  • Experience designing secure, scalable systems for multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make key decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership of deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in HR tech, staffing platforms, or operations-focused SaaS.
  • Background in building dashboard/analytics tools.
  • Prior startup or early-stage company experience.
  • Experience leading small dev teams or contractors.
