We are seeking a Customer Service Team Lead to oversee the performance of assigned agents and ensure exceptional service delivery to e-commerce brands.
- This role requires experience in a leadership position with a minimum of 3 years in customer service.
- Background in e-commerce customer service, particularly with Shopify, BigCommerce, or Amazon, is an advantage.
- Strong command of English is essential for both written and spoken communication.
- Lead and monitor agent performance to meet KPIs consistently.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide personalized guidance for team members.
- Evaluate bi-annual performance and recommend growth opportunities, promotions, or recognition.
- A personal computer with an i5 processor or equivalent is necessary.
- A minimum of 20 Mbps internet speed (both upload and download) is required.
