Job Title: Customer Support Agent

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Agent.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer-first mindset, and hands-on experience with Gorgias and Shopify.

  • Provide timely, professional, and empathetic support to customers via Gorgias (email, chat, or social channels).
  • Handle customer inquiries, order updates, returns, and refunds efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot product and order-related issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings in Shopify, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Ensure all product updates are accurate and aligned with company branding.
  • Monitor and report recurring issues or customer feedback to improve processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Customer Support (e-commerce preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of Gorgias (required).
  • Hands-on experience managing products in Shopify (required).
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities

This role involves providing timely and effective customer support via multiple channels, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently, maintaining accurate product listings in Shopify, and monitoring and reporting recurring issues to improve processes.
