Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a merchant services representative. This role involves engaging with potential clients, introducing our payment solutions, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce merchant services and payment solutions.
  • Engaging prospects in professional conversations to understand their business needs.
  • Effectively handling objections and providing clear responses.
  • Scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in our CRM system.
  • Achieving daily/weekly calling and appointment-setting targets.

This is a full-time entry-level position that requires strong communication skills, prior experience in cold calling, and knowledge of merchant services or payment processing solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluent English with a neutral accent.
  • Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in merchant services, payments, or financial services.
  • Strong sales and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections confidently.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
