Sales representative

About the role

Ideal Flow Company, a leading provider of innovative , is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based in Metro Manila, PH and will play a crucial part in expanding our customer base and driving sales growth.

What you'll be doing

1. Responsible for PH market agent product sales and collect agent product market share information.
2. Familiar each PH power plant operation mode, maintenance/overhaul/outage schedule, maintenance department personnel, purchasing request(PR) process/maintenance request process.
3. Achieve sales revenue target/gross profit target/maintenance sales revenue target.
4. Routine end user visit, establish good relationship with end user, maker visit customer arrangement.
5. Able to enhance agent product technical specification, product category application.
6. Handle RFQ(request for quote), offer quotation, jobs follow up, good negotiation skill, customer contract review and verification.
7. Familiar with incoterms(International Commercial Terms 2023), shipment transaction.
8. Sales base location at IFC PH branch office.
9. Strong good communication. Strong EQ management.
10. Team work & associate collaboration is required. Sole & selfish work style is not allowed.

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales representative or consultant role, preferably within the sales industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with and influence customers

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused approach

• Proactive and self-motivated, with the drive to exceed sales targets

• Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role
