Maintenance Executive

Maintain facilities, equipment and machinery to support operational excellence. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership – Implement policies and procedures, ensuring effective team management and fostering a positive work environment.
- Preventive Maintenance – Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for machines and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Spare Parts Management – Maintain accurate spare parts lists for all machines/equipment and ensure timely availability of critical parts.
- Documentation – Prepare and maintain reports such as breakdown summaries, job order status, and monthly synthesis reports.
- Staff Development – Define training plans, coach subordinates, conduct performance reviews, and promote multi-skilling of staff.
- Communication – Cascade updates to staff, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
- Continuous Improvement – Implement equipment improvement actions, promote reliability engineering practices, and support efficiency initiatives.
- Certifications – Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- Experience – Proven track record in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
- Skills – Strong knowledge in machine troubleshooting, repair analysis, and fault-finding. Ability to interpret technical data and drawings. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google tools.
- Perspectives – Strong leadership capacity and ability to motivate teams. Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills. Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive, autonomous, and adaptable to change. Goal-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.
