Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any technical course or engineering graduate.
  • Knowledgeable in troubleshooting of facility equipment.
  • Know the system of electrical wiring works, compressor and motors installations, and plumbing systems.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
  • Monitor and manage maintenance logs, service reports, and work order documentation.
  • Track inventory and request supplies, tools, and parts as needed.
  • Prepare regular maintenance reports and submit them to supervisors or management.
  • Coordinate with vendors for parts procurement, service contracts, and equipment servicing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in preparing budget estimates for maintenance needs and equipment upgrades.
  • Schedule routine maintenance checks and inspections to prevent downtime.
  • Support in the development and revision of maintenance policies and procedures.

Project Management Activities:

  • Assist in planning and implementing maintenance-related projects (e.g., equipment upgrades, facility improvements).
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors to ensure timely project execution.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to scope and budget.
  • Conduct risk assessments and report potential issues to management.
  • Evaluate equipment and infrastructure conditions to propose upgrade or replacement projects.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as required.
  • Supervise and guide junior staff or third-party workers involved in maintenance projects.
  • Ensure proper documentation of project plans, schedules, and outcomes.
